These terms are an agreement between you and Infinity Housing Solutions Canada Inc., operating as Vuma Services ("we", "us"). They cover your use of The Transformation Hub at app.vumaservices.ca. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The platform is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and have authority to act for the business you register. If you invite team members, you are responsible for their use of your account.
Keep your login details private. Tell us right away at info@vumaservices.ca if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
The platform guides you through a diagnosis of your business and creates findings, priorities, transformation maps and implementation plans based on what you share.
The platform uses AI. AI can make mistakes or miss things. Everything it produces is based only on the information you give it. Review all findings and plans before acting on them.
The platform does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting or employment advice. Decisions about your business remain yours. For those areas, speak with a qualified professional.
We don't guarantee any specific revenue, savings, growth or other result. Results depend on your business, your market and how changes are carried out.
You own the business information you enter and the plans created for your business.
You give us permission to store and process that information to run the platform, deliver services you buy, and keep the platform secure. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We keep your business information confidential. We will not share it with anyone outside the people and service providers named in our Privacy Policy, unless you ask us to or the law requires it.
Please only enter information you have the right to share.
The platform, its design, software, frameworks, methods, question sets and written content belong to us. Your account gives you the right to use the platform for your own business. It does not give you the right to copy, resell, reverse engineer or reproduce the platform or our methods, or use them to build a competing product or service.

Prices are shown before you buy. Fees are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.
All sales are final. Because each diagnosis uses AI processing and our team's time from the moment it begins, we do not offer refunds, including if you stop partway through or choose not to act on the results.
We will refund a charge only if it was a billing error, such as a duplicate charge, or if we were unable to provide access to the diagnosis you paid for.
Each plan includes a set amount of use, such as the number of business areas you can diagnose. Your plan's limits are shown before you buy and in your account.
When you reach a limit, you can upgrade or purchase more. Unused allowance is not refundable.
We may also apply reasonable fair use limits to protect the platform, for example to stop automated or excessive use.
If you hire us to implement changes in your business, that work is covered by a separate agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement for that work applies.
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may update or change features over time.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable. After closure, your information is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total responsibility for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for platform access in the 12 months before the claim.
If we make important changes, we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
